Discovery notes

Small teams spend too much time chasing project updates. A simpler working day matters most.

02

AI first draft

“Project management that fits your budget.”

You ask your connected AI to apply the feedback.

Revised opening

Less chasing updates.
More time for the work.

Keep the project moving

The first draft is just the beginning.

Keep the context, deliverable, and feedback together as the Artifact changes. Spend less effort reconstructing what the client meant.

  1. 01 / Bring the context

    Give each project a Space.

Add discovery notes, a pasted transcript, and shared instructions for tone and brand. Keep supporting sources alongside the Artifact.

  2. 02 / Create the draft

    Work with your connected AI.

Connect a supported AI client to the Space. In that client, ask it to use your sources to create a brief, plan, or mockup.

  3. 03 / Review and revise

Turn feedback into the next version.

Share the draft and collect comments on selected text. Ask your connected AI to read the feedback and update the Artifact, then review the result.

Context for your team. Clarity for your client.

Share the Artifact. Choose the access.

Give collaborators the access they need, and keep the supporting material where it belongs.

01

Share an item or a Space.

Invite someone to a specific deliverable, or share a Space when they need the wider project. Owners can also enable a public-view link.

02

Keep internal context off public links.

Working notes and source material stay out of public views and exports. Share the deliverable without publishing the background discussion.

03

Choose Spaces for AI.

Each AI connection is limited to the Spaces and permissions you approve. Creating and updating Artifacts require an authorized write connection.

Before you start

How 279 fits your workflow.

Do I use my own AI account?

Yes. Bring a supported AI client, such as ChatGPT or Claude, with access to custom connections. AI access and any subscription or usage limits are managed by that provider. Connect it to https://279.space/mcp and select the Space you want it to use.

Where do I ask AI to create or revise Artifacts?

In your connected AI client. You can select sources in 279 and copy instructions to take into that client. Copying instructions or leaving a comment does not start an AI job. You choose when to ask AI to create or update Artifacts.

Does my client need an account?

Anyone with an enabled public-view link can view the deliverable without signing in. Google sign-in is required to see or add comments. Private invitations require the recipient to sign in with the invited account.

Can I edit or take my Artifacts out of 279?

You can edit Artifacts directly in 279 without connecting AI. Documents can be downloaded as Word-compatible .doc files, pages as HTML, and reports with a registered CSV file can export their data.

What kinds of Artifacts can I create?

Documents, mockups, and portable static websites. The examples here focus on marketing work, but a Space can also hold project plans, SOPs, and other documents. Recording meetings, transcribing audio, and native slide decks are not currently included.
